The Alive After 5 Employment Program seeks to reach those people who are outside of the traditional or formal education system. The program concentrates its efforts to empower those people facing barriers to both employment and learning. Participants are often youth considered “at risk” who are no longer attending traditional high schools and instead accessing learning centers, alternative education, or pre-employment programs.
